"Two events occurred during 2014-15 which left our home insecure, including a) dry-rot and deck columns on the verge of collapse, and b) weather damaged window panes that raised the risk of theft. "Coyote Hollow Construction (Ken) was fabulous and not like many other contractors. 1st - he was easy to contact. 2nd - he completed the job on time and kept it clean. 3rd - and most important- his craftsmanship was tremendous and creative. 4th - Ken seems like he likes what he does and is very good at it. 5th - Any additional work that we have done in the future Ken will be our 1st call on the short list of estimates. "Ken Howlett renovated my house from the ground up. New plumbing, electric, windows, siding, deck, opened up ceilings, new sliding doors, deck railing, concrete stairs and lighting. Even though I expected some hiccups, the process was as smooth as it could be. Perfect communication, timeliness, professional sub contractors, excellent workmanship. All corners impeccably straight, totally accuracy. Ken is not only the owner of the company but he is hands on. Excellent experience."
